About

Specialists in the rubber business since 1947 and today KRAIBURG employees have reached approximately 2,500 employees. Proudly KRAIBURG turnover in 2019: approx. 580 Million EUR.

In 1968 we started manufacturing, high-quality vulcanized rubber floorings for animal husbandry, 100% made in Germany.

All BELMONDO® rubber floorings have been designed for the special needs of horses and for different applications: there are different surfaces and softness degrees for inside and outside use, for dry and for wet areas, for lying, standing or walking.

 We give 5 years warranty, an expected lifetime of 10 years or even more (15 years) for indoor areas.

KRAIBURG Quality

We were the first company worldwide to register our products with the German Agricultural Society (DLG) for PAH testing, and we passed with flying colours! As part of the “Continuous Monitoring” quality seal, our products are subject to regular testing in terms of responsible environmental and consumer protections.

  • BELMONDO® Rubber Floorings are installed float mounted on paved ground. The surface of the vulcanized rubber floorings doesn’t absorb any fluids. Due to the exact cut by water jet technology the single interconnections apply perfectly.
  •  If it is necessary BELMONDO® can be treated with a high-pressure cleaner, as well as with standard cleaning agents. Also bacteriological disinfection can be done anytime.

  • BELMONDO® mats (except Kingsize Duo, Walkway, Kingsize) can be driven on with standard equipment such as farmyard loaders or tractors with authorized pneumatic tyres at the recommended inflation pressure up to max. 2.5 bar.

  • BELMONDO® Step can be driven on up to a slope of max. 10 %.
